Workshop on Culture and Identities

Thursday, November 8, 2018

Jennings - 127

Oppression is a word used to describe interlocking forces that create and sustain injustice.  By exploring our culture and identities we may begin to understand how oppression operates institutionally and personally in our everyday lives.  This session will combine mini-talks with exercises commonly used in initiating talks about social justice and why it is so important.
