First Saturday is a program designed for School of Health and Human Services graduate students to come together for capstone support from peers and faculty. The program aims to provide students with resources aimed at enhancing their capstone experience. The main goals of these informal meetings are to raise awareness of the interdisciplinary nature of the programs within Health and Human Services at SCSU, and to create a supportive community among the graduate students as they complete their capstone projects.

Feedback and guidance is designed to help students during the capstone experience, however students should always work with their capstone instructor for final approval.

Attendance is optional. Attend any or all sessions. Drop-ins are welcome any time between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.  Open to all graduate students in Health and Human Services working on their capstone project.
